Although I received other less expensive bids, I decided to go with Chris due to his pleasant demeanor and thoroughness in describing what they would do. I have been very happy with the timeliness and quality of the snow shoveling. They even returned upon notice after the snowplow refilled the end of the driveway.

My snow removal company failed to show after a large snowfall and I contacted Chris. He was out within two hours, removed all the snow from the driveway, cleared the sidewalks, and put salt on ice. I was very pleased. I am signing up with him for a contract.

Plow service for my 90 yo mother dropped her unexpectedly after a 9 in. snowfall. Chris responded immediately to request, then thoroughly did her snow removal yet that same day. His fee is reasonable, he and his crew are courteous, and Mom has happily signed a reliable snow/lawn service. This is a godsend as I live 2 hrs away and can cross off this worry from my list.
