Very rude and disrespectful customer service from Andrea. I called about a email I received about a shipment coming to my house . I was asking her what was and she made it seem like I was interrupting her day, she answered my questions as if I was a child. and their online pay system is absolute crap. They do not take debit or credit cards and they take 3 to 4 days for them to even pull out of your account when other companies like my Wi-Fi pull out the same day that I pay for it if there was another company, I would gladly choose them over Culligan

Sorry about your experience - I will talk with our staff about that. We do take credit and debit cards, which the office can run for you the same day. Our autopay is on the 22nd of each month (3 days from now).
