- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Great Pricing, additional Veterans discount available. Our pricing is often market leading, and our quality and attention to detail is what we pride ourselves on the most.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically come out to the home and provide information and assessments, find the root cause of the issue, and inform customers of the routes they can take to remediate the issue. We will typically provide several approaches and offers at different price ranges, and work with the home owner to find one that works best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 10 years in foundation repair and waterproofing, from residential to commercial. We are licensed contractors with the State of Minnesota, we have seen every foundation issue in the book, and we are highly committed to providing lifetime solutions to homeowners.
