- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a monthly flat fee instead of hourly fee. Tax returns are priced by schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always give a free hour of consultation to figure out the needs of a new client and see if our personalities will mesh; trust is an extremely important part of working with a new professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Enrolled Agent (equivalent to a CPA for tax issues) and I average 40 - 50 hours a year on continuing education through webinars, conferences, peer training. I am also a QuickBooks Advanced Certified ProAdvisor - the highest level you can attain with Intuit for training.
