Dan performed the inspection outside on the roof, and inside the second floor bedroom where raccoons and squirrels might have gained entry—my guess is that the critters gained access during the new roof installation. Dan picked up & trashed the poo/pee soiled bed linens. He also bagged up bedding that might be salvageable, and he took the raccoon damaged air conditioning unit out of the window for me. I am very pleased with this service. This was very scary. Dan, hope I never need you again, but I have your number if I do. Thanks many times over.

Dan responded quickly and came later the first day I contacted him. He listened to me and after discussing possibilities, Dan determined a raccoon had gotten into home via the eave near a dormer on my roof. Dan was very knowledgable and efficient.
