Hank is wonderful to work with. He was early for our appointment. He went straight to work, disassembled the dishwasher and checked each part for any possible issues. He worked cleanly and quickly. Unfortunately the part needed to repair is no longer available for my 23 year old dishwasher. I will be calling Hank for other appliance issues!

Our experience was great! Hank replied promptly to our request and arrived at the date and time promised. He diagnosed our washer problem promptly and promised to research the cost of the required part to repair. He texted us with the total cost to complete the repair and we agreed a time for the repair visit. Again, he was cheerful, helpful, and quick in the repair. We highly recommend him!
