I am grateful for Elkhan and his professionalism with appliance repair. He came to our house the same day we sent a notice and had our heat back on in the dryer within minutes (YAY!). My freezer stopped getting cold enough to freeze things. I contacted Mega Appliance to see if they could come check it out for me, they responded immediately and were at my house within 2 hours of contacting them. They were able to quickly assess the problem (bad compressor, it’s an lg linear compressor so not a big surprise) and the options. I decided to just get a new refrigerator and he explained what his favorite brands are and why. Overall a great experience working with them!

Elkhan responded quickly, diagnosed the faulty damper, and had it replaced the next morning. Very friendly and professional, even our cats liked him immediately. I will definitely be calling him again for future appliance issues.

Mega Appliances was terrific. He was able to fix the burner on my stove without replacing the part. Such a nice guy. Definitely will call him again.
