Elkhan arrive the same day as my request. He immediately found the problem with our refrigerator and explained it to us. The part was ordered and he returned when the part came in and did the repair. My freezer stopped getting cold enough to freeze things. I contacted Mega Appliance to see if they could come check it out for me, they responded immediately and were at my house within 2 hours of contacting them. They were able to quickly assess the problem (bad compressor, it’s an lg linear compressor so not a big surprise) and the options. I decided to just get a new refrigerator and he explained what his favorite brands are and why. Overall a great experience working with them!
