Mega was tremendous! What a true professional! He was very prompt in contacting me to arrange for an appointment, showed up on time, great attitude and very customer focused and respectful. Identified the necessary repair and explained the situation clearly and completed the required work in a timely fashion. He charged a fair price , too. Really nice man, I happy that I have an appliance repair

I noticed my washer was leaking around 5:00 PM and honestly expected to deal with it the next day. Instead, he called me back within minutes and was at my house in under 30 minutes. From diagnosing the issue to troubleshooting and fully fixing it, everything was completed within a two-hour window. Absolutely incredible service. He was genuinely one of the nicest guys, incredibly knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly along the way. This level of responsiveness and professionalism is rare these days. I truly wish I could give more than five stars — highly, highly recommend!
