We were very happy with Mega appliances. He responded right away to our request and was able to get us a quote by the end of the day. He was able to get our fridge fixed (replaced compressor) the following day (which was a Saturday) which we really appreciated. Would absolutely hire again.

Alcon was awesome! Very quick to respond, made it out same day, and then came back the next day (which was a Sunday!) with the part he ordered to fix our washer. When a second leak was discovered after the first leak was repaired, Alcon came back right away and fixed it at no charge. He is honest, reliable, and fair. Would highly recommend him!
