Yuri came by on short notice to fix a problem with my washer. He was very professional — he arrived right when he said he would, was polite, and took his shoes off when coming into my house, something I never expect or ask for from service professionals but is always appreciated. He offered to show me what he was doing to fix the problem in case I encountered it again, and for the last part of the fix, which required a replacement part, he told me I could save myself some money on a second trip to my house by ordering the part myself and just screwing it in. The price was overall very reasonable and I felt I got a good deal. All in all a very positive experience, and if I encounter any appliance problems in the future, he will be the person I call.

Yury was very precise and honest. Very neat, organized while doing his job. Reasonably priced. Fixed the problem with our LG refrigerator, but works on all appliances. I would contact him again if I have any other appliance issues.

I was so glad that he could show up to diagnose my fridge right away so I didn’t have to deal with spoiled food in there. He was quick, nice and helpful to get that fridge repair the next day after the part arrived. Much appreciated his service. Now my fridge feels like a brand new one.

If you can get Yury at YB to repair whatever is broken, do! He’s responsive, prompt, honest, service-oriented, knowledgeable, likeable, and knows what he’s doing. Had the most wonderful experience with him. He called and came out within an hour on the same day I called. He didn’t try to upsell me anything that didn’t need repair or replacement—he is honest. I will call him again anytime I need an appliance repair. He’s a gem! He has my highest recommendation!!!
