Yuri came by on short notice to fix a problem with my washer. He was very professional — he arrived right when he said he would, was polite, and took his shoes off when coming into my house, something I never expect or ask for from service professionals but is always appreciated. He offered to show me what he was doing to fix the problem in case I encountered it again, and for the last part of the fix, which required a replacement part, he told me I could save myself some money on a second trip to my house by ordering the part myself and just screwing it in. The price was overall very reasonable and I felt I got a good deal. All in all a very positive experience, and if I encounter any appliance problems in the future, he will be the person I call.

He was excellent. Came in a timely manner. Quickly diagnosed the issue and offered a solution. Was able to complete the service in the same visit. Will definitely use again if an issue comes up with another appliance

This was for a rental property, he got the job done without me having to worry or do anything. He got it done the same day I contacted him. He went in and repaired it, called me to tell me the issue, and was done very quickly! I would use him again!

If you can get Yury at YB to repair whatever is broken, do! He’s responsive, prompt, honest, service-oriented, knowledgeable, likeable, and knows what he’s doing. Had the most wonderful experience with him. He called and came out within an hour on the same day I called. He didn’t try to upsell me anything that didn’t need repair or replacement—he is honest. I will call him again anytime I need an appliance repair. He’s a gem! He has my highest recommendation!!!
