He was excellent. Came in a timely manner. Quickly diagnosed the issue and offered a solution. Was able to complete the service in the same visit. Will definitely use again if an issue comes up with another appliance

I had an appointment with another service provider who didn't
show up or respond to my texts. Yuri, on the other hand, was prompt, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the issue and completed the repair on the same trip. We highly recommend Yuri for your appliance repairs.

This was for a rental property, he got the job done without me having to worry or do anything. He got it done the same day I contacted him. He went in and repaired it, called me to tell me the issue, and was done very quickly! I would use him again!

If you can get Yury at YB to repair whatever is broken, do! He’s responsive, prompt, honest, service-oriented, knowledgeable, likeable, and knows what he’s doing. Had the most wonderful experience with him. He called and came out within an hour on the same day I called. He didn’t try to upsell me anything that didn’t need repair or replacement—he is honest. I will call him again anytime I need an appliance repair. He’s a gem! He has my highest recommendation!!!
