Yuri is a friendly, knowledgeable repair tech who I would highly recommend! I contacted Yuri about my broken microwave and he was at my house the same day. He immediately diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain the issue to me. I will be calling Yuri in the future!

Yuri was very responsive to our needs and while he could have easily just taken our money and did the repairs he knew the cost would be so high that it was more economical to just purchase another washer. He was able to come out quickly too. I would use him again.

Big thanks to Yuri. He responded quickly to my request on my refrigerator issue, and scheduled an appointment as soon as he could. When he had a last minute opening pop up he connected with me to do the repair even quicker which was appreciated. He let me know what was wrong, and helped me weigh options before I decided to move forward with the repair. He was upfront on cost, not pushy at all, and professional and got my fridge back in working order quickly. Would recommend

Very fast response from initial contact. Very professional in communication and from the moment he walked in my home. Our fridge would not cool although freezer was working properly. Yuri communicated the problem and solution. Gave me options and we let him do the work. Didn’t take long to resolve and problem is fixed. Work space was kept clean and he was friendly throughout. I’ll use Yuri again for my appliance issues.
