This guy came out to my house and gave me a quote of 7500 after I said let me get a few more quotes. He said he would do the job for 5000 and I agreed to let him do the job. I never asked this guy for a discount. He said he would be back the next morning to start. The job didn’t come back and has been ignoring my text and phone calls ever since.
