- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First New Windows for America / Luxury Bath provides a free consultation with each client to be sure we have the products and services that are required and needed by the client. In addition to windows, New Windows for America installs tub/shower replacements, doors, attic insulation, stone coated metal roofing, wood (LP Smartside) and vinyl siding. We prefer to meet with all homeowners so all questions can be answered and everyone is able to see the samples of the products we provide. If it is determined we are are good fit for the homeowner and the homeowner likes what we say and what we offer, we leave them a free, no obligation written price quote. When a homeowner decides to work with us, we are able to offer them financing. We measure up the project, get all the specifications the homeowner wants, order the product and permits as needed and install it using our in-house installers. Depending on the product, we can have jobs installed next day or within a few weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
New Windows for America holds a Minnesota Building Contractors License and keep it up by attending required training seminars. We also are lead certified and have received many certificates in order to sell green products. Multiple classes and training on energy efficiency also state building codes have been attended by our production/ installation staff.

New Windows for America/Luxury Bath works with home owners in the entire Twin Cities area and have a list of over 5000 references that we've collected over the last 17 years. We've installed windows, attic insulation, doors, metal roofs, and bathtub/shower replacements in over 6000 homes over the last 17 years.
