Ken was responsive. He went to the apartment building that needed cleaning. He cleaned the grout to pure white ! I was very excited.. He also said he could clean the carpet and he did a beautiful job. He told me exactly what to expect and I really appreciated his upfront attitude and availability... It was an easy, great experience. From the time I made the call to the end of the job, was one day.

Ken cleaned our tub grout and it looks brand new!!!! Ken cleaned our downstairs shower title and it looks great. I was amazed at how clean our deck looks now!!! Super job. I will have him come backhand clean our carpet and our other two decks. NS

I hired Ken to clean my bathroom floor during a remodel. It's the original tile in the house and I wanted to save it. Ken was very prompt in getting in touch with me and offering to look at the floor and see if he thought he could help. We set up a time to look at it and he was on time. We talked it over, set realistic expectations, and I told him I would be in touch when it was ready. I got with him a couple days later and we set a date and time for him to do the work. He showed up right on time, set up and did the work in a professional manner. He put in quite a bit more time than he thought he would have to, to get the floor as clean as it could be, but he did not vary from the original price. I am very happy with the way the floor looks, and would hire Ken again without hesitation. He is friendly, prompt, courteous and professional.

I like to talk over phone to get a bit more info, go to property to throughly inspect and give exact cost for project. Schedule time to complete project.

Residential homes in the inner city to million dollar homes on the St Croix river. Many commercial accounts from The Jewish Federation of greater St Paul to Chick-Fil-A & Taco Bell
