Greg provided a free diagnostic and quickly identified the issue with the power supply. He offered me options for a replacement and had it fixed a few hours later. The price was more than reasonable. Greg even cleaned all of the dust out of the computer tower.

I contacted Greg to get the data on my Panasonic Camcorder SC card recovered. Greg was able to fit my request in quickly and he completed the work quickly. Apparently, this type of camcorder data is difficult to recover and so he was unable to get us any of our lost videos. He attempted multiple ways and even got a new software to try and combat the issues he was having. He is currently looking into anything else we may be able to do even though he has returned my SD card to me. Even though the end result wasn't exactly what I was hoping for, I was charged fairly and I know that Greg did all that he could to attempt to recover our lost videos.
