My overall experience with Ben was amazing, he was very professional, and has great customer service. I had reached out to him in order to have parts taken out of my pc and built into a new case, he had the project completed in no time! Everything built into the new case has been running amazing and I haven’t ran into any issues since. I would highly recommend his services to anyone else.

I had Ben set up my new router that I found impossible to do. He spent nearly 2 hours, 90 minutes of which he spent on the phone with an Arris tech rep, trying to resolve an extremely difficult situation. Ben showed patience and was determined to figure out a way to get the job done. And he did. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Benjamin has provided amazing service for the last seven years. He even came to my home office to personally service my laptop when I could not come to the shop. I have a Bachelors in Information Systems and have been working in IT full-time for almost a decade. I provide managed IT services for businesses across the country as well as local IT support for individuals.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was passionate about technology and he was teaching me programming concepts on his Apple II when I was just a kid. I wrote my first (basic) program when I was 8!
