She was the perfect fit for me and my daughter. We felt so comfortable with her. She answered all of our questions and worked hard on helping my 11 year old daughter understand everything. She was wonderful to have teach us our CPR/ 1st Aid AED.

I completed a re-certification for my NASM Personal Training cert with Amanda about a year ago. She trained my whole family during this class (she came to my house) and it was a super positive and enriching experience. She has a great sense of humor but also covers all the bases/tasks (without dragging the material on overly long!) which is always nice. 5/5
