The guys at Jukebox were great- punctual, communicated well, they were so much fun and just took care of everything we needed! I would definitely recommend them.
Karaoke Machine Rental

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are one of very few DJ services that list all our pricing on our website. It's there for anyone to take a look at. If we aren't in your price range, we aren't wasting your time by filling out forms, or having to call to get a price. We do have options for Up Lighting, Projector/screen rental and Karaoke if needed, but we don't try and "up sell" anyone things they don't need.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We provide music for all events, although weddings are our primary focus. Because we are the only DJ service in town that also provides a Jukebox for rent, we also do many class reunions and private parties (Birthday - Anniversary) as this option is a great alternative for both. We have also been involved in Corporate Holiday parties since our first year in 1984, and still provide music and Karaoke to many of these each year.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at more than price. It doesn't matter what you spend, as long as your satisfied. Just because you found a quote for $495 doesn't mean a thing if you get an inexperienced Dj with a limited, out dated music library. Chances are good that your party will end early, and you'll be unhappy. Do some serious homework. Meet with the owner or manager. Ask them about their staff. How many events has the DJs there as an average done? If you don't feel comfortable with them, keep looking. There are too many good options to just hire someone who offers a cheap price.
