- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact people who have expressed an interest in dog walking to answer any questions they have, and to schedule a meet and greet. I like to meet new clients at their home so that I can meet their dog and see him or her where they live. I ask a few questions and learn more about the needs and personality of each dog. If the client and I both decide it is a good match, I will leave them with a notebook in which I will communicate with them about our daily walks.
