Thanks for taking the time to post a review Ted. To your point, our 20 yard dumpsters are different from the norm. They are 6 feet tall on the inside, which makes them almost 7 feet tall on the outside, and many of them are covered. This has advantages and disadvantages. The main advantage is it takes half the space in your driveway. For household items, you will fit more in because you will pack it through the doors more like a moving truck(Do not expect to throw your junk over the side even if it has an open top). If you are doing construction/remodel work, we do not recommend our 20 yard dumpster. Typically, 15 yards is enough and they have the lower sides. For heavy items, like sheetrock or tile flooring, 10 yards is best. Note that only our 20 yard dumpsters have the possibility of being covered. Hi Jacqui. Thank you for the review. This is a great topic for people to be aware of. We do our best to notify customers where extra charges may apply. While the contract you signed already said there would be extra charges, I did update the website to make it more obvious based on your feedback. Keep in mind, these are dump fees that are largely out of our control. We discussed the mattresses you had and I found a cheaper place to dispose of them, saving you $70. Unfortunately, I didn't know about the TV until it showed up on the tipping floor. You were not charged any sort of markup. You only paid what we paid but I understand it was a surprise. It was nice working with you and thanks again for your comments. Adrian
