FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My mentoring rates are based on the level of support and structure you’re looking for. I offer flexible learning paths so students can choose what fits their goals best — from short-term skill-building to deeper, more comprehensive growth. Before you book anything, we’ll have a quick chat about your camera, your experience level, and what you want to learn. From there, I’ll recommend the option that fits you best. There are no hidden fees, and all lessons include personalized instruction, homework guidance, and support between sessions. If you’re not sure where to start, I’m happy to help you choose the right path.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new student reaches out, I start with a quick conversation (online or by phone) to learn about your goals, your camera, and where you’re feeling stuck. This helps me tailor a learning path that fits your experience level and the type of photography you want to master. Once we’ve talked, your first lesson is fully customized and hands-on. We’ll work step-by-step with your camera, build your confidence, and make sure you understand why your settings work — not just what to press. After each lesson, you’ll get homework and feedback so you keep growing between sessions. Every student moves at their own pace, and I meet you exactly where you are.
