- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My client relationships begin with a consultation to discuss their wants and needs from a session. From there I answer any questions about price, location and other details to determine if we are a good match. We then finalize the details as needed, including an optional in-person consultation, before the portrait session. A contract specific to the session will be signed by both parties to ensure client understanding and satisfaction. Each session and the process following the session is tailored to the client.
