- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every clients needs are different, which is why we offer an hourly rate of $100/hr. Along with many other packages, having such a rate for most services allows us to tailor each clients experience to what they need most!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ask some initial questions to be sure we understand your needs, availability, and styling goals to match you with the perfect stylist on our team to work with you. Then we connect you with your personal stylist to get to know each other and set the date and time of your appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our stylists come from different walks of life, but have years of styling experience under their belts! À La Mode has been in business since 2011 and with over 550+ happy clients, we know how to create the perfect styling experience for each client.
