- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on our straightforward pricing. All surcharges are clearly spelled out on our website, and over the phone during scheduling. If additional labor is discovered to be necessary once the tech is on-site, the customer will be informed BEFORE work begins, at which time they will have the opportunity to accept or decline.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we ask questions aimed at understanding our customers' level of knowledge on the process, so that we give them the appropriate amount of information. We don't want to bore our savvy customers or take too much for granted with those who are unfamiliar with HVAC cleaning. We always try to set expectations appropriately on what are our technicians' areas of expertise and what are not, gauge for understanding, and then give them the opportunity to ask any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All almost all of our technicians are experts in the field with over 20 years of experience. Our senior technicians provide training in support of any new technicians so that they can carry on the experience.
