My heater went out during a single digit night, the day before I had a house inspection and I was sleeping on an air mattress because my mattress was in storage due to moving. I was COLD. I could see my breath inside my house. Anyways, I believe his name was Eric (my apologies if I’m incorrect) called me within 10 minutes and was at my house within 3 hours. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back that same night and fixed it. Super nice guy too. Highly recommended!

Eric called within an hour of posted request and arranged for same day service. Tech, Johan, was polite and professional, diagnosed the problem, ran to their WH for a part and got the job done! Eric was responsive and talked us through the fix. We were so pleased by the whole experience. So grateful to have the AC restored within hours!
