Anthony arrived on time, was prepared (had made a purchase on our behalf for our small project and painted ahead of time), was very neat as he went about his work, and did the job in less time than we thought it would take. He also went to the trouble of doing detail painting on-site when the job was done (interior door installation), just to make everything perfect. Because it was less involved than he had anticipated from our email exchanges beforehand, he prorated the total job cost downward which was unexpectedly nice. He also cleaned up after himself very thoroughly (a big problem we've had with other contractors recently), and removed all the waste from the job so nobody could tell he was there. On top of all that, he was a super nice guy. We will be hiring him again.

Last year, we started a DIY project that was derailed by the discovery of significant carpenter ant damage, well beyond our ability to address. We contacted Anton Remodelling LLC after an unpleasant experience with another contractor (whom we had to practically harass for an estimate and who seemed to want to slap a band-aid on a big problem). Anthony was honest with us, even though it was bad news, about the extent of the damage done to our wall. He initially suggested replacing the entire wall, but we asked if there was a less expensive, and still thorough, solution. He came through with an option that was reasonably priced, not so disruptive to our family, and still fully addressed the damage. (I'll note that Anthony was really respectful of our desire to finish the interior work ourselves in order to save money; we never felt pressured to hand over the rest of the job to him). In addition to being friendly and respectful of our family's space, Anthony even responded to our concern about the way the initial stucco application looked, getting it redone to our satisfaction within a couple of days. We are thrilled with the end to our nightmare situation and excited to have our "DIY" project handed back over to us!

Details: Simple repairs and upgrades • Sunroom • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • I am not adding or replacing any room features • No features to relocate • 75 to 100 • 51 - 100 years old • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Home

Anton prepared a comprehensive , competitive proposal for the project. Arrived on time and worked with his helper 12 hours straight to complete the project. Was polite and cleaned up before leaving. Have a few more projects for him in near future

Anthony did an excellent job with our project. We had him remove a railing with spindles that separated our kitchen and family room, and he built us a custom half wall/built-in shelf. It turned out perfectly. He was able to translate what I was looking for (but didn't know exactly how to describe) into a plan and then the final product. Also, I was amazed he took at look at our trim and was able to match it just by sight...we have a slightly off-white trim and the former owners of our house did not leave touch up paint. I have been trying to find the match for several years, and he knew it immediately, just on sight!
