Sergei was fabulous. Responded and came out quickly. Professionally diagnosed the problem, acquired the correct part(much more quickly than expected,) and fixed my dryer. After driving from Minneapolis(I live in East St Paul,)2 visits where he disassembled and reassembled my dryer, the bill was really reasonable. I'm very happy, and would certainly recommend him to everyone.

I run an Airbnb and these machines get used a ton, the dryer developed a squeal and the washer couldn't balance anymore. Sergei came over looked at the dryer for a second and knew exactly where the squeak was coming from. He also recommended repair to the washer suspension which was worn out making it unable to balance. He had the machines quickly apart and back together before I knew it. I did not have to go out and buy a new machines! 11 out of a possible 10 Sergei's.
