- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts at $100. We can charge an hourly rate (depending on the job) or a job rate after see the full scope of the project. We can provide materials and charge for them, but we prefer customer to purchase materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll want to understand what they are looking for a may ask to come out and see the scope of work before committing and providing and accurate quote. We don't want to provide quotes until we have a full understanding of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We manage and provide all maintenance for our own properties (49 units). We have flipped 3 different houses and sold them. Before and after photos are attached to the profile. We can do everything from outside landscaping to kitchen/bathroom remodels, to flooring (tile, wood, LVP, etc.), to carpet cleaning.
