I’m absolutely satisfied with the floor tile repair work Mosaic Partners performed in my basement bathroom. Sam and Chris are responsive for providing estimates. They assessed the tiling work needed to complete my bathroom and adjusted the scope of work after additional tile was needed post shower install. They also worked on a tight schedule that required doing the job in stages as other painting and shower install pros did their work. I’m completely thrilled with the results, the timeframe and the price! I recommend Mosaic Partners to anyone who is doing a tiling project! They are first class!

Caleb and Sam were amazing! They responded right away, gave us a fair and reasonable estimate, and completed the job efficiently and excellently! Not only did they complete the tiling job we requested, they were able to add a few other projects to help with completing some projects! We will definitely be using them again!

I really enjoy living here! The staff is always helpful, friendly, and quick to address anything that needs to be fixed in my apartment. They are also very understanding and compassionate when it comes to rent and are willing to work with you when unexpected things come up. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts at $100. We can charge an hourly rate (depending on the job) or a job rate after see the full scope of the project. We can provide materials and charge for them, but we prefer customer to purchase materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll want to understand what they are looking for a may ask to come out and see the scope of work before committing and providing and accurate quote. We don't want to provide quotes until we have a full understanding of the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We manage and provide all maintenance for our own properties (49 units). We have flipped 3 different houses and sold them. Before and after photos are attached to the profile. We can do everything from outside landscaping to kitchen/bathroom remodels, to flooring (tile, wood, LVP, etc.), to carpet cleaning.
