I needed my floors replaced and I needed it done TODAY. My deadline was tight and scary. Garcia was amazing. Garcia knocked it out of the park. He came earlier than originally planned and even waited for me. He was patient. He explained any problem areas with solutions and he was resourceful. He got me the flooring I needed. He did not rush. He did the prep work, even patching some holes. The end product turned out to be better than expected. I needed to get out of the space so fast that I didn’t even get a picture of the finished work, the masterpiece. 20/10 would recommend and I will be re-hiring again.

They quoted a price which I accepted. They told me I’d have to provide the tile which I did. Then, everyday they asked me to run to Home Depot to buy various items they needed to finish the project. I had no idea I would be responsible for the thinset(mortar), grout, Sheetrock, duralock, 2x4’s to hold up the ceiling, quicksand, trim for tile and all the clean up. It added an extra $1700 to the bill. Totally unprofessional way to do business. . And, they left me with the most horrendous mess to clean up! They didn’t cover anything so I had a layer of filthy, sticky silt/dust covering every surface of my 3400sq. Ft. home. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I will be cleaning up after this job for months. I had to clean my floors upstairs near the site 10 times to get them clean. I’m still washing the walls, fixtures, rugs, bedding, ceilings, doors, artwork, lighting, etc, etc, etc…. Get a contract about what to expect before hiring. That’s my recommendation.

Horrible service. We explained to him the job and we’re specific that we needed big tiles with small grout. On the day, his crew shows up and says that they were planning to do subway tiles and left. What in the world is this terrible service? Do not recommend.
