- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have standard pricing. Look under "service" in our website. We charge 30 dollars per bathroom, 20 dollars per bedroom and 10 dollars per extras; inside oven, inside fridge, laundry, inside cabinets and making bed. 200 dollars for a 1000-2000 square feet house for deep cleaning which usually is requested when people are moving in or moving out their house. If the house is between 2000 and 3000 square feet the price is 300 dollars. Houses that are more than 3000 square feet, we charge 400 dollars.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
People send us a request by email, voice mail or text message. Clients ask questions to make sure when, where and what we need to clean. We send people a quote. We also ask clients exactly why they want us to do. We schedule a date, we confirm with the client. We bring all the equipment and the cleaning supplies. Once the job is done we ask our clients to supervise the job. For recurring cleaning, we schedule the following date and time. This part is important because we want to come when is more convenient for our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my family every single member had a job on Saturdays. We had to clean different parts of our house including the back yard. We rotated so everybody had a chance to learn different skills. My dad was in the army and supervised everything we did. I still do the cleaning in my house. I like the idea of having a house smelling good and I feel better using environmentally friendly product. My sisters ( I have 5) admire the fact that I am the only man in the family that does the cleaning, and why not it make me fell good and my wife is happy too.
