- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prizing is very simple, flat rate of $195 with minimum of 3 hours of deep cleaning, organizing as well as standard cleaning services, minimum of 2 cleaners ($10/hr for every additional cleaners) it will be additional $15 every exceeded hours We also provide commercial cleaning. Discounts: *First time client 15% off on the first cleaning service *Veterans, senior discount 10% every 2nd cleaning *Referral discount| refer 2 and after their first cleaning jobs received 2 hours of free cleaning. * Book 6 cleaning services and you get 3 hours of free service or 20% off booked in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team comes at least 15 minutes early prior to the service to asses the area. We also use a check list and we give the check list to the client so they can write all the area of the house that they wanted us to focused on cleaning. We also provide our own cleaning supplies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide cleaning tip to our clients and what are good products to use to keep their house clean.
