Depending on the circumstances of the job, I prefer to give a bid but will also at times will offer an hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I greet my customers by identifying myself and asking how I can help. After that I do my best to make sure they feel like I am going to be there for them when they have any concerns or questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Liberal Studies which has helped me have the confidence to start my own businesses.
