- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home sellers pay a negotiated a commission that is paid at the closing of the sale. Home buyers do not pay a commission have representation. The commission is paid by the seller of the home they purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the time to communicate whether via phone, email or in person to determine each person's situation. Not every home buyer or seller will have the same financial or timing needs and it takes time to find out exactly what I can do to help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed REALTOR in Minnesota since 1992. I have worked extensively in professional sales negotiating and marketing positions prior to becoming a REALTOR. Graduate of University of Minnesota Mankato in Business Administration/Marketing
