Foundation repairs can be scary, but John is an expert and walks you through the entire process. We have used Top Tier Masonry Solutions on cracked foundation (interior & exterior) and brick projects that honestly look better than when they were first completed. He also leaves zero mess which is really important to us. No nonsense, no haggling or hidden fees - just great work with a humble attitude and perfectionist mindset. Can't recommend this company enough.

John was amazing!!!! My mom need some repair on her garage wall ( deterioration ) and John came out gave an estimate and repaired her garage. I was concerned since I was in a different state making the arrangements, that no one would take advantage and try to over charge her. His price was great and he was fast and thorough. My mom was so very grateful and I am very thankful!

Completely satisfied and will use again. Had issues with cracks in my foundation - he came out right away, explained the problem and options, had an estimate later that day, and was back within days to complete the job. Looks fantastic and house is sealed up!
