Most clients begin with a "to do" list that encompasses everything from installing a mirror in the bathroom, a new toilet and faucets, to new light fixtures, to painting interior and exterior. We power wash decks and fences, garage floors and then apply stain or sealer as needed. We prune trees and clean rain gutters and dryer vents.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hourly rates, time frame of completion. Hours of operation. Expectation of start date. Each job has its own particular set of questions.The most basic is simplest if there is a detailed list of their concise tasks. Ask how many years in business and I can provide references.
