I contacted Alex Borchert at Sand Law to discuss a legal matter. I found him to be very patient, he asked questions to clarify my situation, and he did not talk down to me. I am 73, and unfortunately, with each passing year, more people talk to me as if I was a 7 year old child. If you are a senior citizen, I recommend that you ask for Alex when you call Sand Law, he will treat you with respect.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal Injury: We represent clients that have been wrongfully injured on a contingency fee basis. This means that if there is no recovery in your case, you (or in this instance your mother because she would be the client) nothing pay.
Criminal Defense: We represent the criminally accused on a flat fee basis that is determined by the level of the offense and one's criminal history.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every case is unique. That is why at Sand Law, we handle every case on an individual basis. You can be assured that your case will be evaluated thoroughly by multiple professionals.
In many cases, we hire investigators that travel to the scene of the incident and collect vital details.
