She worked hard to clean my very neglected basement, stayed longer than planned, and charged me less than I expected. Definitely a good value.

Cindy was really helpful, listened well what I wanted. She kept pace with me and my overwhelming storage things. . We sorted, unpack/pack, Taped the boxes up, donated items, and moved materials to the basement. My needs were all met at the end. Thank you!-)

I have never seen my oven or bathtub so clean. As someone whose life is chaos sometimes, I nice to get some help un-chaosing it.

Cindy was very quick to respond to my request and was able to work me into her schedule within my timeline. She came to my home fully stocked with the supplies we need to get my project started immediately. Her help was exactly what I needed to get me into gear for an upcoming move/downsizing. Cindy was wonderful to work with! I’m a single mom who needed to pack up a household and could never have done it without her. She helped me organize and pack things I wanted to keep and bag up items I wanted to donate, all in an efficient way. We worked side by side for several hours together and I really enjoyed her company. She’s punctual, kind, professional and great at what she does. You can’t put a value on that! I’m keeping her number on speed dial. ☺️

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a very fair price point for each project. Charging either by the hour or by project and am open to payment plans. We also offer a 30min free consultation when needed to discuss a plan of attack.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For any new customer I like to introduce myself and see what we can provide to make your space more comfortable and simplified gearing toward meeting your needs. Anytime, I'm happy to consult with each client first, then address pricing and a progress plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Orgnaization along with a Cleaning background for years of experience with both residential & corporate environments combined. Schooling directed more toward Psychology, therefore making any challenges easier to handle with my past educational background.
