FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For local in-home training I have a standard one-hour visit fee when I travel to your home or other suitable training location, which may vary based on the travel distance. Additional time may be added if needed, in billable 15-minute blocks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would communicate to determine if my service is a good fit for your needs, goals, timing, and location. Then we would schedule an initial visit for me to come out and begin the training and consulting process. This would consist of fitness baseline testing, program design, exercise instruction, and ongoing guidance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Training (NASM-CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM-CNC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) and have a B.A. Degree from the University of St. Thomas. I have 29 years of professional experience as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant and have successfully trained and coached thousands of individuals toward their fitness, health, and sport conditioning goals. I have worked for large national health clubs (Ballys and LifeTime Fitness), small neighborhood clubs (St. Clair Fitness, Victory Fitness), private studios (Premier Fitness Studio), corporate onsite locations, in clients homes, and online.
