Introduction: I am a certified personal trainer through NFPT, and a certified Level 1 CrossFit coach. I'm currently building my personal training clientele while also teaching group classes at Timberwolf Crossfit. I offer program design, nutritional recommendations, mobility exercises, injury prevention and more! I work 1-on-1 with clients and do buddy session as well. Rachel trained me individually for about six months and was a phenomenal trainer. She pushed me to exceed my expectations and challenged me to work harder every session. I especially liked how she ensured I had proper form on the Olympic style lifts as I have had three shoulder surgeries in the past and was hesitant to return to lifting. Rachel trains with a positive, supportive style. I take my training seriously but I also want to enjoy myself and Rachel's fabulous sense of humor had me forgetting the pain while I recovered between sets. If I am paying someone to train me, I want to see results, but I also want to respect and look forward to each session. Rachel was that trainer for me. I was super bummed when she relocated and I have yet to find someone to fill her shoes (i.e. Converse).

Rachel is one of the most entertaining, motivativating and overall personable trainers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is great about tailoring workouts to fitness levels and needs while still getting results and expecting client's to push themselves to their personal best each session. You won't be disappointed!

I worked with Rachel for close to a year. She is an awesome trainer. I lost over 20 lbs from what I learned from her and was able to continue on my own. My body was more toned and the compliments from family and friends felt great! I highly reccomend Rachel.

Rachel is great. She is competent, experienced, positive, creative and very encouraging. I have worked with other trainers in the past that at times seem distant and even bored. Rachel is right with me with lots of affirmation and TLC. She pushes me hard and listens well. Very grateful to have found her.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I went to college and I had no idea what I wanted to do. I took some time off, and ending up working two jobs at a time. I wasn't happy in my current work situation, and wanted to pursue something I was passionate about. I grew up in a very active family, and working out was always a part of our life. I wanted to share that passion and energy with others! I decided to become a certified personal trainer, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. It's very rewarding to help someone achieve their fitness goals!
