- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing aims to be as competitive as possible while taking into account the pet care requested, distance, number of pets and length of visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers who are interested in our service will be required to register online. This does obligate anyone to use our service nor do we sell or,share your information. This process helps us gather the most accurate information. Once this is done and if you book our services we would set up a Meet and Greet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
