ipad 12.9 screen was fixed beautifully and affordably. Rick was prompt to respond and the fact that he does pick up and drop off at your location is amazing. There were a few reviews from people saying they were still waiting to hear back which made me a bit nervous - but outside from arriving an hour later than the initial quote, he delivered! I'm guessing it's difficult to follow up on or edit reviews on this platform.

Rick came to my rescue on a Sunday. I broke my screen on Saturday morning, which threw me in a panic because I had a work video saved to my phone, which I still needed to edit and submit on Monday. I reached out Rick on Saturday evening and he met me on Sunday morning. My phone was repaired less than 24 hours after it was broken. He had great communication throughout and was extremely professional. I highly recommend Rick. Couldn’t be happier with his service.
