ipad 12.9 screen was fixed beautifully and affordably. Rick was prompt to respond and the fact that he does pick up and drop off at your location is amazing. There were a few reviews from people saying they were still waiting to hear back which made me a bit nervous - but outside from arriving an hour later than the initial quote, he delivered! I'm guessing it's difficult to follow up on or edit reviews on this platform.

I had cracked my IPhone X screen to the point where it wouldn’t turn on anymore. Rick communicated with me quickly about what he thought the issue was, and worked around my schedule to find a time for a repair. His pricing is great and he has great customer service. The whole repair took 20 minutes. Very happy with the service and repair! I will use Cool Tech Repair for my future repair needs.
