I charge for time and prints. It's pretty simple. Once I know what you want, you'll get a quote and I'll stick to it.

Ask for examples. Talk to them on the phone so you can get a feel for their personality. Some photographers are great artists but their kind of weird. Try to find a great artist who you can relate to.
