My ten year old son has worked with Yvette for the past two years. He has ADHD and dyslexia so I wasn’t very hopeful that online tutoring would help but I was so wrong! Yvette makes it engaging and fun. I’m so thankful that my son’s reading has improved and he’s enjoying class time instead of it being a struggle.

My son, who is on the autism spectrum and does homeschool, has made great progress in his reading and comprehension thanks to her support. In every session, she is very patient, creative, and uses fun strategies that keep him engaged. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tutoring is $65 for a 40-minute session. If you sign up the same day we speak with you, you’ll receive a $5 discount per class. When you enroll for three or more months at a time, you’ll get another $5 off per class!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an assessment to identify each student’s strengths and areas for growth. From there, we design a personalized program tailored to their needs. During sessions, we focus on building confidence while teaching the skills necessary for success. Nothing makes us happier than watching our students grow and learn.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of experience teaching kindergarten and a Minnesota teaching license. Helping children learn to read is my passion!
