Real Estate and Architectural Photography

I have never had such terrible service or video. All of the photos and videos were out of focus. Do not spend your money on this fraud. He is not professional, rude, and not worth your time. James has refused to address my concerns or refund any amount of what I paid. Actually he insulted me and gave $10 into my Venmo. The worst photos I have ever had in my 25+ years as a professional. I have shared the photos with colleagues, and they all said the worst they have ever seen. Run another direction! He brought his dog and girlfriend along! Total Punk.

I have never had a more poor experience with a client before. She has insulted me, my fiancé (my assistant), and now my German Shepard puppy, Bebe. The homeowner on the other hand was pleasant to work with and kind. It is really unfortunate that LeeAnn has responded the way that she did. My work speaks for itself. LeeAnn was rude, demanding, and hostile from start to finish. When I asked for clarification on a project item, she scoffed. I came down in price to meet her more than 60%, delivered 166 quality edited HDR photos, some of which are displayed on my profile here, and a 5 minutes walkthrough video including aerial photography. I did refund her for a missing clip (about 5 seconds of material, valued at $10. LeeAnn then persisted on wasting my time attempting to solicit from me a service in which I do not advertise. Through all of this, I held my tongue and kept my professional composure, but the final insults, including bringing in my fiancé and dog, are simply unheard of in my profession. Do not work with LeeAnn.
