The sales guy was professional, however don’t try for their financing, first the financial institution will tell you that you entered your SS wrong, even though your credit report shows that they pulled it, then they will “re-run” credit score, now there going to be out of office for a couple days, sales professional is now hounding to get the file transferred to corporate office so it can be completed and tells you they are open til 7pm CST, you get time around 6pm CST to call and get a recording that they are closed, sales professional is upset. Sales person calls local office Monday morning and try’s to talk on my behalf to see where the loan is sitting, now you get a call from loan officer upset and get declined. I personally have never had an experience like this and won’t be using this contractor ever.
