5 stars from me. I have had a business for over 15 years and had to deal with a multitude of different computer maintenance service companies. IT Works is far superior to any of these companies. I had a major issue on a Saturday, they responded very fast and I was up and running again in no time. I was shocked at their excellent level of service and responsiveness so I decided to sign their maintenance contract. Needless to say, I give them the highest recommendation possible.

This tech company really knows their stuff. I had another tech firm working on my crashed computer for over a week. My business was severely impacted while I waited. They thought they found the problem and fixed it but they didn't as it crashed again within 2 days. I called IT Works and they arrived the same day. They were extremely thorough with their questions and located the problem fast and had it repaired and back to me the next day which put me back in business. Fast, efficient and reasonable. I highly recommend IT Works for your computer needs.
