This fee covers the costs associated with sending out our licensed, bonded, and insured electrician to your home to evaluate the scope of work required and provide you an upfront and accurate quote for any troubleshooting or repairs necessary to tackle your project. This fee allows us to respond quickly and maintain the level of service you expect from a trusted home service provider. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting from the first hello to the final handshake, we're here to make it easy. At Finch Home Solutions our goal is always to make your experience smooth and stress free. When you first reach out: One of our highly trained customer support representatives will take the time to learn more about your homes needs and discuss the details of your project. They will work with you to schedule a convenient appointment to consult with one our skilled technicians. On the day of your appointment: Our customer support representative will call you in advance to let you know the estimated arrival time for you service expert. After your in home evaluation: Once your technician has had the opportunity to assess the scope of work required for your project they will put together a few detailed and tailored solutions for you to review and choose from. They'll clearly explain each option, answer all your questions, and once you’re ready, they’ll get started on the work—often right then and there. At Finch Home Solutions we're here to help you feel confident and cared for every step of the way!
