- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unless it's a wedding package or real estate photos/videos (found on our website), we do not have standardized pricing. Every project and client has different needs and different budgets. We discuss with you your goals for the video production, your budget, and what services we can offer to fit within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get to know you, your brand, and your vision. We ask questions, and then, we listen and take notes. Actively listening to you is the first step in great customer service. Our goal is to get inside your head and create the project that you envision or take your vision and improve it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read a lot of articles and blogs and watch many tutorials and instructional videos. Anyone who is motivated these days has no need of film school. Thousands of the leaders in the videography and film world post mounds of free teaching content all over the internet. I'm constantly researching, reading, and learning about the best trends and technology in my field.
