Introduction: Reiki is derived from two Japanese words: rei (universal) + ki (life energy). A Japanese technique of healing that uses a light-touch hands on or hands of approach.
Reiki is a form of hands-on healing in which the practitioner works with universal life force energy to restore the client’s energy centers (chakras) to their most natural state of flow. This process helps to restore and strengthen the whole system—mind, body and spirit.
I help people move towards balance and wholeness by using a simple relaxation technique that activates the body’s natural healing response. With your desire and your willingness to receive, Reiki is ideal for anyone seeking relief from physical and/or emotional pain. It promotes stress reduction and deep relaxation thereby assisting the body in its own natural healing process. Reiki can be very helpful for a wide variety of issues that can help strengthen the entire energy system of the body. I use a combination of essential oils, sage, Palo Santo, Shamanism and a Tibetan Singing bowl to aid me in this process. I am also guided by tuning or tapping into the “higher realm”.
I promote respect and understanding for all living beings by bridging the communication gap between nature, animals and humans. All imbalances have a direct connection to the spirit world. As a guide I use a holistic approach with the foundation of Reiki, intuition and other methods to connect to this plane to mend your relationships within these realms.
I use Reiki as the foundation combined with other modalities for my energy services for adults, children and animals. I tailor to meet your needs of deep relaxation and/or doing work around reoccurring issues by guiding you through an inner child mediation/journey.
I offer a variety of Reiki sessions for humans. Depending on your situation and your intention you may choose a traditional Reiki experience, Reiki/Animal Spirit Guide or Reiki/Inner Child Work.
Traditional Reiki: quiet along with deep relaxation.
Reiki/Animal Spirit Journey: Reiki along with a meditation guiding you along on a journey to meet your current spirit animal(s).
Reiki/Inner Child Work: Reiki along with myself as your guide going inward of self and locating a part of your inner child that may be “lost” or “stuck” and bringing them “home” into the cave of the heart.

Another one of my passions is working with Equine and other animals in providing them with an understanding of who they are and what their purpose is in this lifetime. Animal Reiki Massage can provide relief from symptoms that arise from underlying issues. Issues that the human eye cannot sometime “see”. If your Equine or animal is experiencing anxiety, irritability etc. Reiki Massage could be helpful for them. This approach can be hands on or hands off.
It’s important to remember that Reiki is only meant to be used as an additional component to any traditional care. It is not a substitute for qualified medical care. Reiki may help in conjunction with your doctor.
