We did not have a chance to work with it, another company called junk genius called and take over as Scrapbusters , and cost us $710 unexpected, I have sent a message to Mike of junk genius for specifics. I did some online research and made calls to other companies, got an impression that $710 is way out of line, they initially told us it should cost about $175. We had two couch as large items, rest are all kitchen silverwares, small personal items, clothing, no tables, etc, entire removal time for two people were about 1 hrs. But I have to say it helped a lot to remove all that stuff, just the price is way out of our planned budget.

The Scrapbusters truck arrived on time. The truck is clean and organized. A team of two loaded my mattresses, scraps of wall panels, and lumber very efficiently. Pricing is also affordable.

Daisy and her crew responded quickly and were able to pick up in a timely manner. She let me know of any changes promptly. Not the cheapest price but not the most expensive. I'll be calling Scrapbusters again!
